My Mission
My mission as a Life Coach is to help my clients find the light within themselves and come back to love.
We all experience pain and trauma that, if not examined and healed, will create suffering and unhappiness. These negative experiences have forced us into creating limiting beliefs that block our peace, happiness, and abundance.
It is possible to go within and face our negative emotions and love our darkness back to light. In doing this, we heal, rise up, and change our lives. We become stronger, more independent, more in love with ourselves and our lives, and more at peace, We find the power within ourselves to create the lives we truly desire and move forward with purpose and grace.
It is my life calling to create a safe, judgement-free zone where we can identify anything that is holding you back! You are here for a reason and your gifts are needed! It's time to work through the fear, pain, and darkness to rise up and embody the Divine being that you are!
About me
Hi! My name is Hannah. I am a single momma to two gremlins! I am a spirit junkie, survivor, and healer!
For over a decade of my life, I spiraled to a very dark place. I was a homeless addict in an extremely codependent and abusive relationship with a narcissist. The chaos got so bad I eventually lost my children to DCS. I had lost everything.... including myself. I hit rock bottom HARD. The Universe was screaming to me to wake the fuck up and get my shit together!
ENOUGH WAS ENOUGH! I made the decision to rise up and fight to get my life back. I went to rehab, got my kids back, finished school, and got a good job. I got DEEP into my spiritual practices and started to reconnect with the authentic version of me. Through shadow work, inner child work and forgiveness, I was able to identify and work through the dark parts of myself that kept me in negative patterns. I was able to find love, peace, and HAPPINESS! I found a way to vibrate at an extremely high frequency and now experience a natural high that no drug or relationship could ever compare to! I was guided by a power greater than myself and found out I could manifest amazing things! I started to see the magic in life and understood how powerful I really was the more I healed my shadow!
I realized I had to help others find that same relief. I know how dark, scary, and lonely life can get and how hard it is to find yourself again and even harder to find someone who understands what you are going through. I made it my life mission be that person! It is my goal to reach my hand down to as many people as possible to pull them out of their own personal darkness.
I believe that at our core, we are all good and we are supposed to feel good! We are all capable of having rich, abundant, peaceful, loving, joyful lives if we can just dig deep through the bullshit! Once we get out of our own way, ANYTHING is possible!

I offer 1-on-1 coaching sessions. In these sessions, we will meet for one hour, via zoom, and discuss ANYTHING that is on your heart! We will work together to move through your blocks so you can move forward and find more love and happiness in your life!
By the end of our time together, you will feel happier, more at peace, and more prepared to deal with anything that comes up. You will know that you are perfect and everything you have experienced has all been part of the plan. You will know how to take a negative feeling, love it, and turn it around so it no longer has a hold over you. You will be the master of your life and no longer a victim of the past.
